File Names
Label files with your advertiser name, issue month and year.
Example: A Restaurant Ad for the JAN/FEB 2015 issue would be: Columbus Restaurant_0115.PDF
File Formats:
- The file must be high resolution (300 dpi) – CMYK. We accept the following file formats: .jpg, .tif and .pdf
- When suppling a PDF file, we require A “Press–Optimized” Pdf Or Pdf/X-1A
Reminders When Preparing Files
When creating your advertisement, use your highest quality original high-resolution images (266-300dpi) so professional printing can be optimal. All original images must be CMYK. All fonts should be embedded (avoid TrueType fonts).
Do not save TIFF or EPS files with embedded color management profiles.
Our full page dimensions are as the following:
Bleed: 8.875” x 11.375” (.25” bleed on all sides)
Trim: 8.375” x 10.875”
Safety: 7.5” x 10” (all copy/logos need to be inside the safety)
NO Crop/printer marks are needed.
Native Applications
Native applications are NOT accepted.
